You should not have waited so long to interview him (providing he was well enough to be interviewed). From my experience it is best to interview victims and witnesses as soon as possible to ensure their recollections (and to prevent some from having the time to devise fiction).

The only alternative site for the muster point is inside a car park. I advised management to cover the excavation and barricade it better.
