I honestly can't remember too many Christmas parties! the best one i CAN remember involved our H&S Manager at the time being too drunk to talk! then we took the company mouthpiece from the shop floor (who was always very crude when speaking about the fairer sex) to a gentleman's club, and watche...

Normally you'd need to specify the refrigerant contained within the system, the nominal quantity within the system, and any losses or top-ups.
what refrigerants do you have on site and in what quantities? as very small quantities fall outside the scope of the F-Gas register

I'd recommend IEMA Foundation Cert in Environmental Management, Your employer is already funding your diploma in H&S, a lot more environmental management is falling onto the desks of H&S managers these days, the foundation cert will give you a good base to build on, and improve your prospect...

Agree with the above, there is very little in the way of IIRSM events in my area, though we have a new chair for the local IIRSM branch.
