I can see that all of these comments are three years old now.
Does anyone use any near miss reporting apps that they would recommend please?
Many thanks

Re: NEBOSH Diploma Results
How did people get on? I failed my remaining two units for the third time now. Pretty devastated as I'd really put in double the time I did for the previous results and believed I had the knowledge cracked, but came out two percent lower in both exams. It just seems like luck is what matters with N...

Re: H&S Consultancy Advice
Thanks bernicarey for your honest response. I agree there are many people out there who call themselves consultants with very little experience and qualifications. I actually took over from a consultant h&s advisor who seemed to pay lip service to the then director and not actually care about th...

Re: NCRQ First Assignment
Unfortunately I failed my first assignment  The accessor claims it was a good assessment however I needed to improve the reasonably practicable controls on the first two hazards I spoke about (Working at Height). Oddly enough, I failed on the parts I worked the hardest on yet did well in the ...

NCRQ HSD1 Assignment 2
Hi, I am a bit confused as to why I cannot use the AEIF form for this assignment. Can anyone explain a little please. At work I am used to completing an 'adverse event investigation form' (AEIF) when carrying out accident investigations. I have been told that I do not need to complete one of these a...

Re: NCRQ Diploma
I got another refer at 44 for unit A. I've simply had enough of throwing my money at it. I've been at this for 5 years now and can't pass it so it's clearly not for me. I can do the job and I know I can do the job but I can't answer questions in the right way for 3 hours once every 6 months. Sorry ...

Re: Controlling Client
Hi A new broom sweeps clean - and often change is a good thing as it refocuses the mind. But it sound to me like the client now has someone else new who is pushing through a system they have tried and tested and shown to work. I would suggest that you do a gap analysis between what you currently ha...

Re: NCRQ Diploma
I feel your pain Thunderchild. I too have just had another refer for Unit C and have yet to pass B. After 2 years of not having passed an exam since passing Unit A 2nd time and D 1st time I’ve decided to put the diploma on hold and go down the NCRQ route. From what I’ve heard and read about this dip...
