Previous experience in major projects in a railway environment is an essential.
Expert in Excel and capable of manipulating data to provide information for senior management.

Person Specification
To be considered for this role, you will have experience, have been involved in, have an awareness of or be qualified in the following:-
NEBOSH
A recognised professional qualification in Fire Safety (MIFE)
In-depth knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
2 years proven history of Health and Safety experience.
2 years` proven history of Fire Safety experience, preferably with-in the Fire Brigade or Armed Forces or Fire Engineering Environment.
You must also be, well presented, polite, reliable, able to work on own initiative, have good communications skills, able to chair and contribute in meetings and be able to deliver training courses
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required, in particular Microsoft Office, Excel and Access
Awareness of Facilities Management (including soft services); board based construction, Mechanical and Electrical engineering
Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers
