Salary: Up to £30,600 pa (starting salary subject to qualifications / experience) plus car / car allowance

Hours: 36.25 per week

Based: Negotiable

The position will provide a CDM service advising and overseeing the statutory duties as defined by Construction (Design and Management) 2007 and the Approved Code of Practice L144 published by the Health and Safety Executive in relation to the CDM Regulations (The ACOP).

Post requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent

• CSCS Card

• In Depth Knowledge of CDM Regulations and Construction site experience

• Computer applications i.e. spreadsheets, project programming, word-processing software for data entry, analysis, report preparation and email, etc.
