HSfB is Moving TODAY Due to the amazing amount of support from you, and the amount of material sent in by you, the site is outgrowing its present web host.   We are currently undergoing changes in web host which may involve some downtime in the site and forums.   We will try and cut this disruption to a minimum, but please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. The move is going ahead TODAY at around 4.00pm as this is a less busy time for us. The forums will be locked at around 4.00pm until the move is complete.   This may be up to 48 hours later. There will be a web link change for the forums, if you have the forum address in your favourites under its current address, it will be required to change after the move.   The normal web address of:  http://www.healthandsafetytips.co.uk/ will NOT be changed. New legislation changes added to the Legislation News page:

• The Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003 (Commencement No.2) Order 2004.   This Order brings into force various sections in the Railways and Transport Safety Act 2003.
  Most of the sections to be brought into force are those that introduce alcohol limits and prohibitions on drug use for crews on water-borne vessels and for certain aviation personnel.
