Health and Safety for Beginners (HSfB) collects information through our Web sites when you register your membership to our community forums.  We collect the following information about community members: Username; E-mail address; Password; Confirmation of password; Internet Protocol (IP) address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing action against users who break the Terms and Conditions of use for Health and Safety for Beginners (HSfB).   

Health and Safety for Beginners (HSfB) does not actively market to children.

During our Prize Draw competitions and other competitions organised by Health and Safety for Beginners, we may collect personally identifiable information in order to provide you with notification of prizes and to enable registration for certain prizes where appropriate.

Cookies enable Health and Safety for Beginners (HSfB) to deliver customized content to users only via our community forums and Google Adsense advertising campaigns (Google Adsense terms and conditions will apply). The community forums system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered at the time of registering with the community forums; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. We collect this information through the community registration forms and automatic logging on files.  The information is collected voluntary when you select the ‘automatically log on' option to do so.  

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Health and Safety for Beginners (HSfB) will be used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one), or for sending you vital information regarding your account or any important information regarding the community forums.  Users who provide information will receive confirmation of registration emails and vital important information regarding accounts or web site changes affecting members. 

Registered users of the community forums will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and various other offers.

The HSfB newsletter software collects your email address to which you voluntary provide in order to receive our newsletter.   You have the option to remove yourself from this software at any time, which will delete your email address and will stop any future correspondence between HSfB and the email address you supply upon registration.

Registered users of the HSfB newsletter may receive additional announcements about products, services, special deals and various other offers.   Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications and the option to receive or cancel future newsletters.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources. 

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

Our Web sites offers community forums.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. 

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice.  Each version will be noted at the top of the page.   We will also advise you by site news alerts on the main homepage and in the community forums announcement section.
