The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) are warning of the danger
to health and safety when the new synthetic fuel, called Biodiesel, is produced
in domestic situations.
The vegetable oil fuel can be purchased from some petrol
stations, but the concern of the HSE is one of the "homebrew" process and the
potential hazards involved.
These "homebrew" processes involves the use of hazardous
chemicals, which should only be processed under controlled conditions by
professional, qualified people.
