Handling in the Printing Industry

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has now produced new
videos illustrating some of the common tasks which may give rise to
musculoskeletal injuries in the printing industry. The videos also
provide examples of possible solutions for controlling the risks by using
various mechanical lifting aids.
HSE: "In 2003/04, over 33% of all the accidents reported by
the UK Printing and Publishing Industries were manual handling related (393
accidents)."
