The
British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) has published a new brochure on
Occupational Hygiene in order to provide information about the products and
services to non-members as well as members, which are available from BOHS.
There are many misunderstandings of the term Occupational Hygiene, which the
BOHS brochure aims to clarify as it affects all areas and aspects of the
workplace and learning to identify, recognise prevent and control, not
merely by the washing of hands, will provide businesses with greater cost
effectiveness and workers with a much healthier working environment.
The brochure explains the BOHS provision of training courses and
examinations, general hygiene information, seminars, specialists etc.
