15 July 2004 - New NEBOSH Level 4 Diploma to Replace Diploma 1 and 2 |

The new National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Level 4 Diploma, will replace the existing NEBOSH Diploma 1 and 2 course beginning this September run by accredited centres. The new award is equivalent to a level 4 national vocational qualification (NVQ) and will see the first examinations in January 2005. Successful candidates of the new award will be eligible for corporate membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). The existing Diploma Parts 1 and 2 will continue to be available for some years to enable those currently studying this course and to allow for those who are about to enrol, with enrolments for Part 1 only available until February 2005.
