A seminar, by the Working Well Together (WWT) Construction
Health and Safety Initiative, having been successful in Carlisle and Haydock
Park racecourses, are now planning an event at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool,
to take place on Friday 4 March 2005.
The seminar will once again be aimed at informing small to
medium sized contracting companies on the benefits of good health and safety
practices, for the benefit of both the company and its employees.
These WWT events, funded by exhibitors and major contractors,
provide the opportunity for small businesses to have health and safety training
which they may not otherwise have access to.
The WWT event includes demonstrations, speakers and exhibitions
from both the construction industry and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE),
where visitors to the event have the opportunity to discuss any aspect of health
and safety pertaining to their own business.
