	12 December 2004 - Quarterly Statement of Nuclear Installation Incidents by HSE
	Each quarter, a statement on nuclear incidents reported, is published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The latest quarter, from 1 July 2004 to 30 September 2004, show that all nuclear licensed installations meeting the reporting criteria had no incidents. Nuclear incidents, which meet Ministerial criteria in the U.K. are reported to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and The Secretary of State for Scotland. The normal practice for reporting nuclear incidents is by the licensee or site operator making public any incidents either by inclusion in the site newsletter, or by providing a press statement.
