| The Royal Society
for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) are inviting businesses who feel
they have excellence in health and safety work practices to apply for their
annual awards trophies, presented in both England and Scotland. RoSPA have more than 1,000 companies, both in the UK and around the world whom occupational awards have been presented after proving their management of health and safety at work practices are excellent. The awards aim is to provide encouragement and best management practices for the promotion of safety in the workplace. A new award has been added to the programme this year, intended to reduce injuries and fatalities on roads, entitled The Managing Occupational Road Risk (MORR) trophy. The MORR trophy is open to companies with large or small fleet cars, trucks, vans or motorcycles with the following criteria:
