As this years Safety & Health Expo 2005 at the NEC Birmingham on
17-19 May 2005 draws closer, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents
(RoSPA) have announced their RoSPA Congress 2005 will run alongside the event
focusing on the following:

Opportunities to examine: the real challenges associated with
error and human behaviour.

Organisational capacity to investigate accidents and embed
lessons learned.

How to connect professional health and safety advice with other
parts of the business agenda.

How to develop attitudes, knowledge and skills to ensure health
and safety competence at all levels.
The RoSPA Congress 2005 will also focus on the following:

Key challenge of putting health at the heart of health and
safety management.

Reviewing "what works."

Managing stress and staff ill-health absence.

Educating and informing Health and Safety professionals on the
key changes affecting their market.
