13 April 2004 - Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 Has New Date Set |

| The
Department for Transport (DfT) has announced that as a result of the recent
administrative delay over the Easter recess, the Carriage of Dangerous Goods
and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 will now come
into force following the 3 week laying period on the 10 May 2004. The DfT
will provide details soon of how to obtain the Regulations, their ISBN and
the introductory guide to ADR.
