This new report deals with the delivery of the Commission's Business Plan
2005-06, together with other key developments in the organisation during the
year. In particular, it records achievements against the Commission's
strategic themes and provides detailed examples of key programme work. It
also shows operating costs of the Commission and Executive and a statement of
the financial position at the year-end.
