27 September 2005 - HSE Guidance Pack for
Storage of Explosives

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have produced a guidance
for Local Authorities, Fire Service and Police Staff on Enforcement of
Regulations on the Storage of Explosives, to assist in the enforcement of the
Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005.
It should be noted, however, that this guidance pack is only a
guidance and there is no duty under Section 18 of the Health and Safety at Work
Act (HSAWA) to follow the guidance.
The HSE would appreciate any comments on the guidance in order
to revise and update accordingly to meet the needs of Local Authorities.
