The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have provided webpages
reminding workers and employers that Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1999
(MHOR) do not only apply to lifting and carrying, but also apply to pushing and
pulling.

time to browse through them, thus eliminating and reducing the risk of
