The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have published an updated
factsheet (issue no 24) on developments in the Biocidal Products Directive (BPD)
98/8/EC and the Biocidal Products Regulations 2001. The factsheet
also incorporates the Control of Pesticides Regulations.
The updated factsheet is aimed at manufacturers, suppliers and
users of active substances and biocidal products and can be accessed in pdf
