The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) have produced a new
construction information sheet on Tower Scaffolds. The leaflet is
aimed at users and a guide for those who select the most appropriate mobile
access towers for their purposes.
The construction information sheet provides information on such
as the following:

Stability of the tower.

Using a tower.

Public safety.

Moving a tower.

Inspection and reports.

Dismantling a tower.
