A second seminar "Learning from Safety Failure", will take place on 8 November 2005, at the Marriott Forest of Arden Hotel, Warwickshire.

The seminars are aimed at encouraging the attendance of anyone involved in health and safety risk management and the development of safe systems of work, such as the following:

  • Chief Executives.

  • Health and Safety Professionals.

  • Risk Managers.

  • Safety Representatives.

  • Human Resource Managers.

  • Emergency Service Investigators.

Mr. Roger Bibbings, Senior Manager in RoSPA's Safety Policy Division said:

“We hope the seminar will inform, challenge and motivate people to refocus on accidents and incidents as valuable opportunities for safety change.”
