Recent Legislation

• This Order brings into force section 13(1)(2) and (4) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 in respect of agricultural work and processing or packaging (i) any produce derived from agricultural work, or (ii) shellfish, fish or products derived from shellfish or fish. Offences in relation to gathering shellfish will be commenced at a later date.

• In force - The Regulations with the exception of regulations 5,11 and 12 - 4 December 2006; Regulation 5 - 24 August 2007; Regulation 11 - 16 January 2007; Regulation 12 - 15 June 2007.
