Recent Legislation

• This Order brings into force section 13(1)(2) and (4) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 in respect of agricultural work and processing or packaging (i) any produce derived from agricultural work, or (ii) shellfish, fish or products derived from shellfish or fish. Offences in relation to gathering shellfish will be commenced at a later date.

• In force - Section 13(1)(2) and (4) (offences: entering into arrangements with gangmasters) of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 comes into force on 1st December 2006 for purposes related to work falling within section 3(1)(a) and (c).
