Recent Legislation

• These Regulations amend the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2005 to provide that only radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment covered by Directive 1995/5/EC on radio equipment and telecommunications terminal equipment and the mutual recognition of their conformity is excluded from the application of the 2005 Regulations.
