The Contaminated Land (England) Regulations 2006
- These Regulations consolidate the Contaminated Land (England) Regulations
2000 and the Contaminated Land (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 with

authorities are the enforcing authority in relation to any other type of site.

specifying what is to be done by way of remediation and the time for taking
any action.
- make provision in relation to the compensation which is to be paid in
accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to a person who grants,

including the grounds of appeal and the procedure to be followed.

Environmental Protection Act 1990 to be placed on a register maintained by
local authorities or, in the case of special sites, by the Environment Agency.
