Recent Legislation

• These Regulations amend the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006.   The effect of the amendment is to include an amendment to Schedule 4 to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 9 Restrictions on Disclosure of Information) (Amendment and Specification) Order 2003 which from the 1st October 2006 omits from that Schedule reference to the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000 and from 10th April 2006 adds reference in that Schedule to Parts 2 and 3 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006.

• In force - 10 April 2006
• All Regulations except 2(3) which comes into force on 1 October 2006
