Recent Legislation

• This gives information about the Bill, which will implement the recommendations made by the Better Regulation Task Force's 'Regulation - Less is More' report to make regulatory reform orders a more effective tool for delivering better regulation. It will simplify and remove onerous or outdated legislation. It will also contain a power that could be used to put a code of practice between regulators and the private sector on a statutory footing.
