Recent Legislation

• These Regulations amend the Plant Protection Products Regulations 2005 which implement in England and Wales Council Directive 91/414/EEC concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market.
  
  Schedule 1 to the 2005 Regulations, which sets out the instruments that amend that Directive, is amended by the insertion of the entries set out in the five Parts of the Schedule to these Regulations.

• In force -

(a) for the purposes of regulation 2(3), on 1st July 2007;

(b) for the purposes of regulation 2(4), on 1st November 2007;

(c) for the purposes of regulation 2(5), on 1st December 2007;

(d) for the purposes of regulation 2(6), on 1st February 2008;

(e) for all other purposes on 31st March 2007.
