The Smoke-free (Exemptions and Vehicles) Regulations 2007
- These Regulations, which apply only to England, provide exemptions from
the smoke-free requirements of section 2 of the Health Act 2006 and provide
for most public and work vehicles to be smoke-free under section 5 of that
Act.
